The Journey of Coffee Beans from Lam Dong
From the farm to your cup — a journey through meticulous selection, roasting, and packaging.
A delicious cup of coffee on your table doesn't just start with the roasting and grinding process; it is the culmination of a long journey from the farm to the packaged product delivered into the hands of coffee lovers.
In the highlands of Lam Dong, coffee trees are nurtured under unique climate and soil conditions. When the cherries reach peak ripeness, they are carefully harvested and handpicked to ensure premium quality right from the start. This crucial step lays the flavor foundation for every roast to come.
After harvesting, the green coffee beans undergo processing and grading. Only the beans that meet our strict standards for uniformity, size, and quality are selected, sorting out any defects before moving on to the roasting stage.
Roasting is the phase that awakens the rich, complex aromas locked inside each bean. Every coffee variety requires a tailored roast profile—balancing temperature and time—to bring out the perfect harmony of aroma, body, sweetness, and aftertaste. The roasting process is meticulously controlled to preserve the unique origin characteristics of each region.
Once roasted, the coffee is allowed to rest and stabilize under optimal conditions before packaging. Our packaging is designed to minimize exposure to air, moisture, and light, protecting the delicate flavors and keeping the coffee fresh for longer.
From ripe cherries on the branch, through meticulous steps of selection, processing, roasting, and packaging, every bag of coffee is the result of dedicated care and rigorous quality control. This is the very journey that Lado Coffee wishes to share with you: a cup of coffee that is completely traceable, freshly roasted in small batches, and bursting with rich flavors directly from farm to cup.
