The Lado Coffee app (“App”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) respects and is committed to protecting the privacy of our users. This privacy policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your information when you use the App, including logging in via your Google account.

1. Information We Collect

When users select the Google Sign-In feature, the App may request permission to access certain basic information from your Google account.

Depending on the permissions granted by the user, we may collect the following information:

  • Google account identifier provided to the App;

  • Other basic information that Google allows to be shared and is actively authorized by the user.

We do not collect, store, or have access to your Google account password.

  • With user consent;

  • As necessary to provide services requested by the user;

  • As necessary to operate, maintain, or protect the system;

  • As necessary to protect the rights, property, safety, and legitimate interests of Lado Coffee or our users.

In cases where technical service providers are used to operate the system, we implement appropriate measures to limit access and protect the personal data of our users.

  • Stop using the Google Sign-In feature at any time;

  • Revoke Lado Coffee's access permissions to their Google account;

7. User Data Deletion

Users can request the deletion of their account or data collected via Google Sign-In through one of the following methods:

  1. Use the Delete Account feature within the App, if provided; or

  2. Send a data deletion request to the email address: daudinhhero@gmail.com.

      3. When submitting a request, users must provide sufficient information for us to identify the associated account.

      After verifying a valid request, we will delete or anonymize personal data within the erasable scope, except where the data must continue to be stored in accordance with law or to fulfill legal obligations.

      Users can also manage or revoke Lado Coffee's access permissions to their Google account through the third-party apps and services management section in their Google account settings.

      Revoking the App's access permissions in your Google account does not necessarily mean that previously stored data on the Lado Coffee system will be automatically deleted. Users can submit a data deletion request following the instructions above.

      8. Google Sign-In and Google Services

      The App uses the Google Sign-In service and/or account authentication services provided by Google LLC.

      Your use of Google Sign-In may also be governed by Google's terms of service and privacy policy.

      We only receive data provided by Google within the scope of permissions that you have agreed to grant the App.

      We do not control how Google collects, stores, or processes data on its own systems and services.

      In cases where the App uses Google APIs to access user data, the use of data received from Google will comply with Google's applicable user data policy requirements and corresponding API policies.

      9. Children's Privacy

      The App does not knowingly collect personal information from children under the minimum age specified by applicable laws without valid consent from a parent or guardian.

      If we discover that a child's data has been provided in violation of regulations, we will take the necessary steps to process or delete such data.

      The App may contain links to or integrations with third-party websites, platforms, or services, including those provided by Google.

      This privacy policy only applies to data processing activities carried out by Lado Coffee.

      We are not responsible for the privacy policies or independent data handling practices of third-party services.

      • Changes in the App's features or operations;

      • Google's policies or requirements;

      Where required by law, we will notify users or obtain their consent again for changes that significantly affect how their personal data is processed.
